Hard going but needed.
Ok, I'm going to admit iit,I had a terrible time with Jack, he annoyed the hell out of me. I don't 'get' the drugs and alcohol addiction. Someone smoking dagga around me makes me feel like when my blood pressure drops and so has bad connections for me.
I guess my addiction is gluten, can't leave it alone even though it does really bad things to my body which has bad reactions all over too. And I want to be less judgemental of others and myself.
So the book got me thinking which is good.
