In all this was a great read but I don't see it being a great hit with kids. It is a kids book with Mindfullness poems. The artwork was ok, nothing fantastic. But I still believe that kids are going to read this and not understand the full meaning of it. Of course you can try to teach them but I feel that's the point of the book. In all though it was a cute read!

This book is filled with beautiful illustrations. Each one showing us how the be. Be with the world around us, enjoying the tiny details we find. With each breath we become more in tuned to our environment. Also, this will be a lovely read a nap or bedtime. Whether you are looking for a quiet moment or reminding yourself & your little one to take in and be with their surroundings, this book is a great reminder.
