I'm not sure how to rate this book. On one side this has gorgeous cover and I liked the writing. On another side however I felt there were too many new characters. Liam, Benji, Liam's father, Benji's grandfather, Rowen... and most of them are connected to something in some way but as readers we don't have all the pieces but at the same time we can see Liam is obviously shady and it's frustrating how long it takes Faith to see it.

I also didn't like the ending for Dakota and Faith...
if you make them end up this way, fine, but at least give us some sort of closure?? They barely got together in the first book before being separated and Faith: Greater Heights doesn't give us too much of them together romantically. I'd have liked to see some more broken heart from Faith?? Considering they danced at the prom and it looked like they'll stay together in the future?
I'm just not okay with how the author resolved their relationship.

I enjoyed the book as a whole but this is a contemporary not SFF author and it shows.
