Yet another review written on cell phone, please look away from any stupid spelling mistakes!

So while I liked Vincent's "Shifter"—series, I had no big need to read the spin—off series. Then again, the short story heralding the new series — currently mentioned story — was really short, and I needed something easy and fun!
While this story wasn't as much fun, it was gorefully pleasent. The story was a masacre — pun intended — of speed, and a relationship was thrust up in our faces, building up to the next book in Vincent's new series "Wildcats".
It was well enough written, althoug I did notice some mistakes that ended up ruining the flow of the texts.
This novella was just what I needed, and wanted, ATM. But if I read the new series, still remains to be seen

Explains a lot of Abby's sometimes baffling actions and the thought processes she has in Lion's Share.

I am so happy to get round to reading this short story, the shifters series is one of my favourite series it’s nice to follow up on some characters on what happened after the last book Alpha.
I wasn’t expecting the book to be so quick, I have read other short stories but I guess it’s because I am use to longer books lol 😆 either way, I did enjoy this little short story in Abby’s POV and that it’s been 4 years since what happened to her in the first shifter book Stray.
I am also glad to see Jace is back! I always loved Jace & Marc but I always ended up picking Marc haha 🤣

The story was a little sad, but you could see the resemblance between Abby and Faythe. For example, Abby going to human school/college and having human friends. But then as you carry on reading to find out what Faythe found out, that even if you want to have a normal human life your pack and shifters will always be involved somehow. But in the book you also find out a little at how Abby has been coping since the book Stray. You also see how much Jace has changed too.
I am super excited to get started with The Wildcats series, a sequel to the Shifters series! 😍 and see what everyone has been up to and what troubles that have to face x

Finally another Shifters Story I know I’m a year late with my review but I needed to say how happy I was to discover HUNT, was pretty heartbroken after Alpha, I was desperately hoping for a another book. But no matter we now have the Wildcat Series. All those who have read the Shifter Series is familiar with Abby the young beautiful shifter we met and got to know in the Shifter Series and they will also be familiar with Jace. The Wildcat series is about the two of them. HUNT is a short story about Abby and her college friends going on a camping trip. During this camping trip Abby is going for a run by herself, when she returns she finder two of her friends murdered and the other two being threatened by armed men. Following these men back to their cabin in the woods Abby discovers a group of men who have been murdering shifters and mounting their heads on a wall. Gruesome I know, but pretty much the story ends when turns total bad ass and kicks all the bad guys’ asses after which she gets pretty much grounded by Jace. This tantalising hint at a new shifter story is continued in Lion Share now available on Amazon, Kobo, etc. I really enjoyed HUNT even though it’s kinda sad and gruesome, the action was still awesome.
