Probably the weakest entry in the series. It's clear that the main focus of this volume is to set the stage for the upcoming final battle with the main antagonist of the previous 2 volumes.

We get introduced to a new world, a sprinkle of new characters, and a magic system that differs from the main casts home world as established for 7 entries now. But ultimately, it lacked in substantial character development and build up for Naifumi and the gang, aside from the new character Kizuna along with Glass, L'Arc and Therese.

Plus the main villain for this volume was nothing but a throwaway character that lead to a forgettable final battle.
