the male lead is just too dense and disrespectful. She's trying to study and he wont take no for an answer about coming over and then is super surprised that she wants him to leave. Its call boundaries and priorities sir, you too old to not understand these concepts

Everyone is a little damaged.
This book was different than I thought it would be, but CJ took you some pain of what a soldier goes through every minute of their day.
This book hit home on many levels of being an addict and trying to stay clean. My favorite part is when Ellis says everyone is a little damaged.
