Gosh, I don't even know where to start. Everything was just so good, dark and twisted! I loved that it's academically challenging at points. Anyone who's there for the dark academia vibe filled with magic - you're welcome

Unfortunately, this was a lonnnnnngggggg audio book that just didn’t have any redeeming qualities for me.
I found the characters unlikeable- and their relationships confusing & annoying.
I didn’t see a lot of actual plot happening, and kept wondering what the point of the whole thing even was….
I felt confused throughout this one, and bored, and unfortunately, the ending itself left alot of questions lingering.

I will say- this author has a really beautiful and unique writing style, and I liked alot of lines and her wording… I just couldn’t get behind these characters or the premise of this one.
