Had a much better time with this than I do with most DC-not-really-superhero-"important-topic"-comics. Although, that might be because Jessica literally never gets a GL ring here. There's literally no superheroes. Why was this even a Jessica Cruz story. It could've been anyone.
Cute, art was pretty, loved the characters, plot was good. It showed me a different perspective.I really enjoyed watching Jessica get sucked into this hatred and fear and anger in a completely destructive way, and then having to purposefully change herself and her actions so that she could redirect that energy in a way that actually does something. Felt powerful.

I really enjoyed this one. It gave me insight on an issue I haven’t had to worry about. I love the fantasy aspects of it as well. The only thing was I felt like one shift of emotions were really quick, but the rest was amazing. Great characters!
