i found the story was cute.

Guy is very wary of women due to his past experience with one during his time of fame. But that will change when he meets Elmira. His mom on the contrary doesn't trust Elmira either and suspects her of hiding a terrible secret.

Elmira is running away from both her fiancé whom doesnt give a damn about her and her mother, who's been controlling her life since birth. Since she always had to do things on her own its hard for her to accept help from others, until Guy comes along.

This story is about their differences and how they grow closer towards each other as the story progresses.

Tropes
- runaway-bride
- ex-boxer
- opposites attract
- enemies-> friends -> lovers.

I received an ARC of this book (thanks!) and these are my own opinions.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book!!! For an architect, the fixer upper angle was great and almost too small, for a small town romance lover, the small town romance was FAB. Elmira/Ellie and Guy together sparked off the pages and I liked how the secondary stories worked in tandem with the main one.
The romantic tension was fab, the last chapter had me laughing out loud, and I am was able to breeze through.

Hopefully there will be more stories from Littleton coming!
