Bad Moon Rising, book 31 of the Dark-Hunters/Were-Hunters/Dream Hunters series, by Sherrilyn Kenyon (McQueen) @mysherrilyn. This is a reread of this series for me. Long overdue, at that! 😂 I am reading this series in the order from Sherrilyn’s website.

I cried so much during this book. I loved Fang & Aimee together. They fought for each other through hell & back, twice. If you like PNR, MF, Fated mates, different shifter types & a love that is incomparable then this is for you!

I don’t read these books in order, but I feel like I get most of what’s going on.
I read Vane’s story, which I enjoyed. Fang’s was not what I expected. It takes place over months and quite a lot happens.
The Peltiers aren’t my favorite people, so I wasn’t too excited about this book because I knew we’d see a lot of them. But I love a good werewolf story, and I was intrigued about Fang’s ending because last I saw him he was comatose in bed. I like that there was more happening behind the scenes there.

Overall, an alright book.

I found this book a bit repetitive...It overlaps Wrens book and I kept wondering if I had read this book already...but it was just that events in this book already happened in Wrens...with Fang and Aimee being an integral part of it...and now it continues with their story but overlaps...if that makes any sense at all..lol...so I had a little WTF moment...it was still a good read and Ill be starting the next soon:)

I love both Fang and Aimee, waited so long for their story and it didn't disappoint.

Heart broken an mama and papa bears deaths

The Hellchasers are too cool, finally throwing in the spoken of Christian aspect (kinda).

Aw I've been excited to read Fang and Aimee's story for awhile but got a bit off-track with other reads. Anyway, yay once I started listening I didn't stop! This was an interesting book because a it took period over the events of several other books and introduced a whole other group of immortal warriors the Hellchasers.

Fang and Aimee's possible romance has been hinted at for many books and I'm so happy to finally read what was going on. This book also is a good refresher since so many of the last books have been outside the New Orleans hunter (were, dark, whatever) scene. Aimee has always been on of my favorites because she was always kind and despite her mother's prejudices Aimee seemed very open-minded. I thought Fang was a bit of a baby at first but he grew on me as the series progressed and it was great to see things from his perspective - to learn more about what happened while he was in a coma and while he was staying with the Peltiers.

While the story was so widespread it did not focus on the romance as others have - I think the buildup has been so long that was not really needed since we already "know" a lot about the characters.

Anyway, it was a great book - I listened to the audio and as usual Holter Graham did a fantastic job. Definitely recommended to DH fans!

Finally getting back to the real men not the pansy Dream hunters, Although the books were good i prefer these... Fang, we seen him in other books and Finally get the Capulet and Montague love story, Two people who just are not meant to be together but still make it so.... Luckily neither of the couple dies, but still plenty of heartbreak.....

A five star that had me sobbing......
