---I have received a copy of this audiobook in exchange for an honest review

This is my first Cheyenne McCray book and found it very entertaining. The storyline of Meg's insecurities caused by her ex husband are fresh look at body types. Ryan, the sexy cowboy, meets Meg and is instantly attracted to her. I love that they click right away and he is continually praising her curves. As the story continues, we learn that Ryan has served Meg's parents with foreclosure papers, causing a huge misunderstanding. As things work out, there is more happening at the restaurant that Meg's mom owns. Ryan is able to help out with that. He is one of those warm sexy cowboys you cannot help but love. The storyline is somewhat predictable, but thoroughly enjoyable.

David Quimby is the perfect narrator for western romances. His accent is perfect, flow is easy to listen to and characters easily discernible. He made the story a wonderful listen.

If you like sexy cowboy types with a heart as big as the whole outdoors you will enjoy the McBride boys.

Not a fan, it was an ok storyline; the sex scenes are meh at best.
I liked the characters, but the self-loathing isn’t something I like in my stories. Where is your back bone, don’t let people bring you down like that.

I liked the sister a lot.

The narration was ok, he didn’t really add to the story it was more like he was just reading words off a page.

This one had much more excitement. I enjoyed learning about Megan who has trust issues and Ryan is..is well hotter than heck. I mean who rides his horse with NO SHIRT on?? Ryan does! He is actually a favorite character. He is kind and generous. Loves kids and he knew there was something special about Megan when he first saw her. These two have quite the adventure!

The writing is sometimes clunky - I should not feel like I am reading a wikipedia page when your characters talk to each other - which does nothing to distract from the thinness of the plot and characters. Also suffers from a bad case of minimally justified instalove. Not actually terrible, but definitely on the weak side.

3,5 stars. A sweet, lovely story. A little predictable at times. For every once in a while I got stuck with the writing style. I mean there was a lot of food description and other non-significant info added.. Seemed a bit out of line. Mostly I enjoyed the novel and definitely fell for Ryan.
