Middling Dr Who episode, but brought up a star by David Tennant's reading; always a treat!

Wonderful little story about a time when The Doctor travelled alone. I was so happy to listen David Tennant and his amazing Scottish accent. And the monster is probably one of my all time favorite Doctor Who monsters right now. I really did enjoy this and can't wait to find more of these!

It was weird hearing David saying fantastic after his first episode. You can definitely tell his experience as a voice actor with the voices he does for each character.

Doctor Who: The Day of the Troll
The Doctor arrives on Earth in England and a little into the story; I’m already thinking that it’s going to be scare but it wasn’t too bad. The beginning was the only part that was actually any bit scary. . I don’t do super scary books but I enjoyed this story. The world is a far and horrified future. The Doctor helps Katy find her brother who vanished while around this old bridge. During the book I couldn’t help but try and guess how it would end but there was so many different twists that it kept me thinking. This is a great book to read around Halloween and it has that scare feeling.
