I would recommend this book to someone who is looking for magical realism and mystery. It has a diverse cast of characters in terms of personality and strong female characters. It talks about topics and or conditions that some can relate to. It is a coming-of-age story and the layout of the book is unique as it intertwines different characters' stories going back and forth with different perspectives.
Moderate: Grief, Violence, Stalking, Medical content, Abandonment, Cursing, Death, Injury/Injury detail, and Bullying
Minor: Sexual content and Sexual harassment
The injury/injury detail is related to the medical content as one of the characters needs stitching done. I would say in terms of sexual content its a typical ya book relating to the charcters relationship as teens.brenn_a_boo's review against another edition

What an inventive story! The magic realism is really something. Finn, our space case protagonist with faceblindness, sees the world in such a unique way that you can't help finding him endearing. There's quite a lot of commentary on outer vs inner beauty, and the folklore components were both creepy and mystical. There were so many well-explored characters beyond the protagonist, which made the town feel rich and realistic in the midst of all the magic. I really enjoyed this book, but I think I'd need to reread to catch on to some of the more obscure allusions. For example, section titles talked about different moons--milk, green corn, thunder--which I still don't understand.
Moderate: Sexual harassment and Stalking
Minor: Self harm

I really didn’t expect the supernatural direction it went in. Real IT vibes. The characters are very lovable and fleshed out—while I feel like some of it was kind of rushed, and the urgency didn’t quite get across, I still liked it. Very unique.
Graphic: Sexual harassment, Physical abuse, Stalking, Kidnapping, Domestic abuse, and Violence
