I chose to read this for a Halloween shifter challenge. It was entertaining.  I love the characters. The town, with its mix of paranormal and non paranormal, would be a place I would like. The mystery was interesting. Well done! I am interested in continuing reading the series.

Loved getting to know the interworking's of the town better. This book exposed a lot of secrets and I love how this series seems to have a larger over arcing plot to it. (Again, as with book one, the town being made up of magical and non magical adds another level of mystery to the series.)

Kat's curiosity gets the better of her in this one, and through her digging she discovers more than she bargained for. (With a little help from her friends of course!)

I've also enjoyed the many attractions going on but no set "i love you forever" type nonsense. Much more realistic and enjoyable. Compared to the cozies that do the first book infatuations. I'm excited to see where Kat & Emily's love life goes.

You'll enjoy this book if you love cozy witch mysteries.
