Can we all just agree that Michael Ende is so underrated and was ahead of his time with his books? Yes, good. Like, his plots are SO AMAZING from back to front, the themes and topics are not "just for children" and the characters feel so real.

The second time reading it, it was my boyfriend who read it to me before bed at night and I have to admit that I fell asleep each time and only hear maybe 1/3 of the story but since I've read it before I can still rate it five stars.
