Good story of the time when Bruce was "dead" and Dick took up the cowl. Needed more from Damian. Enjoyed Two Face and Black Mask, some of my favorite villains.

This is a fantastic volume! I love the exploration of Dick's first days as Batman and the emotional toll it takes on him. This was really well done.

It was fine. Had some good villain work. Snorted at Clayface eating Dick Grayson. . Not sure it added anything to the Morrison run. Winnick did such a great Superman story that I was expecting more from this.

Dick Grayson as Batman: Meh. Two Face as Batman (even though it's a hallucination): Awesome. Verdict: It's an okay book.

Really great interactions with Alfred and Dick. This was a good story. I like just how different Dick Grayson's Batman is. I'm interested to see where this goes. The last pages were intense. I hope they resolve!
