I really struggled to get through this book. It seemed to be a compilation of names and not much substance, I'm not sure how many times I dozed off. Definitely expected it to be much better than it was.

A fascinating topic and a very dense book. I found my attention occasionally drifting, so it become a bit hard to get through it. Reads like a history book/an account. Which is fine... Just prefer my history disguised a bit more like a story.

I don't generally read non fiction books but this caught my eye. It was difficult for me to follow in some parts, which was the reason for my 3 stars, but pretty interesting.
