Finding out that the next-door neighbor has problems can upset your life - but not often is it like this!
Set in a lovely section of New Zealand, this tale of someone who had set many of her skills in magic aside, and is mostly successful at being both useful and content - other than her grandmother! - gives you a good place to relate to the main character.
This is the tale of a modern female, and her relationships at work and at home feel familiar. A neighbor in distress brings out the plot, and her efforts to find a solution advances it well.

A good tale, and well-work a look. The setting in an area of the world I'm not familiar with gives it a real sense of 'elsewhere' for me.
