I’m really enjoying this series and the places it takes you. I enjoy the fact that Elizabeth is a balanced character. She is just the right mixture of independent woman without being unbelievably self-reliant. And poor Simon just tries to keep up. I can’t wait to see when and where they travel to next.

I liked the first set of three stories in the series. They are well-written and have fully developed characters. My only complaint is the story plots could be a little more complex and are not overall as good as the writing. Four out of five on Goodreads.
