Overall a fun but okay military sci-fi standalone. It's about an army that has the ability to come back to life after dying an infinite number of times. Cool concept. The bad aliens are just generic sci-fi, the action is really fun. In general it's a step back from the author's previous two books, but I still recommend it for a fun sci-fi action romp.

HMMMMMMMMMMMMm

Not sure what to say about this without giving too much away. It's really good. not as good, in my opinion as the Divide series, but still good. I am assuming, based on the ending, that it's not actually a stand alone, even though it doesn't say it's part of a series right now.

Great read, fast paced Military Science fiction. If you enjoyed J.S. Dewes other works then this one will one to add to your TBR pile, only caveat its not a stand alone and the conclusion left me wanting to be able to jump straight to the next book in 'the crucible cycle' series.
