Yesss! The Fight for Forever is everything I was waiting for. Addictive, enthralling, intense and swoony. There was no way I was putting this book down before I reached "the end". I just love, love love everything about this story. The previous two books in the Legend trilogy were building up to this conclusion and Meghan March delivered in a big way.

I live for the anticipation of the fight. All the tension. All the preparations. The outcome. I felt like I was on the edge of my seat the entire time. Meghan March did a great job describing the feel and the intensity of the battle between Gabriel and Bodhi. She made it easy for me to picture what was going on.

After reading House of Scarlett, I didn't think I could love this couple any more than I already did. But I was wrong. What I felt for Gabe and Scarlett was nothing compared to what I feel for them now. The solidarity and the strength of their relationship made my heart swell. Even under the greatest pressures - Moses, Bodhi, Gabe’s club, Scarlett's stalker- nothing could tear them apart. These two are serious couple goals.

The final book in the Legend Trilogy lived up to my expectations. Standing ovation for this epic conclusion. I know this is a trilogy I’ll want to reread many times over.

I can’t wait to read what’s next from Meghan March.

The Fight for Forever is the final book in the Legend Trilogy. The whole series was epic! I became attached to Legend and Scarlett and didn’t want their story to end! This book wrapped up everything and brought out all the feels. This was a quick read as I didn’t want to put my kindle down! Hands down this is one of my favorite trilogies! I cannot wait to see what Meghan has in store for her next book!

Highly opinionated review:

I am so frustrated. After the previous two books I felt drug on a bit, I had such high hopes, I was so attached to all the characters and the story at this point. I don't want to give any spoilers, but that ending left much to be desired, for me, it just seemed to abrupt, so much wrapped up in such a short amount of time.

Still I love Meghan March and absolutely love reading her books.

The Fight for Forever is the third and final book in this gripping conclusion to this amazing series. The suspense and danger have never let up and continued in this book. I loved how Legend and Scarlett have become more closer together through all the hardships. I loved how previous characters have played some small roles in this story and how the author have connected their lives. Overall, perfectly wrapped up and I can't wait for more stories from this world!

Great trilogy, I forgot how much I love MMA fights! And when a creole gangster, the mob, a shady underground fight promoter, and a jealous cunt collide, it’s entertaining as hell!

I love Meghan March!! Honestly everything she writes is phenomenal! And yet this trilogy made me realize that her books are all in the same universe! So I looked up the reading order and now I’ve got to fill in some holes

The Fight for Forever (The Legend Trilogy #3) by Meghan March

Narrated by Erin Mallon and Joe Arden
Romantic Suspense. Book 3 of a trilogy. Does not stand alone.
As expected, Meghan March delivered an exciting and sexy conclusion to The Legend Trilogy with The Fight for Forever. I very rarely read trilogies as I don’t have the memory to carry me from book to book. But Meghan March is an exception. Her books are filled with twists and turns and action, but the three books give us time to really get to know and care about the characters.

“You are it for me, Gabriel. So we fight this. We fight for us. And you know what? I don’t lose.”

Gabriel and Charlotte are tight, but there is chaos swirling around them and you know it’s all about to hit the fan. The twists and turns they need to take to get to their happily-ever-after seem insurmountable and we aren’t sure whether it will tear the couple apart completely, kill them, or have them come out even stronger.
“This is where I belong. In this moment. With this woman.”

Both of their pasts come to haunt them as they fight for their lives and their love. The Fight for Forever kept me on my toes as I never knew what was lurking around the next corner.

What I really loved about The Legend Trilogy was that Meghan March was able to take her time and tell a full story where we really got to peel away bits and pieces of their history to get to know the characters in a way we couldn’t in one book. However, this trilogy did seem to have a little more filler than some of her other trilogies and at times felt a little bit repetitive especially because most of the angst and action was from outside forces.

I love how strong and down-to-earth Scarlett is despite her socio-economic status, and I enjoyed the subtle messages behind the prose about social media, everything not being what it seems, overcoming economic disparity, and the fact that life is messy, no matter how perfect it may look to outsiders.

Likes:

  • •So many twists and turns I never saw coming.

  • •Kept me on the edge of my seat.

  • •Charlotte's strength and determination.

  • •The fact that we really got to know the characters over 3 books.

  • •A super-satisfying end with enough doors left open for there to be a spin-off trilogy.

Dislikes:

  • •It was missing some of the heat that Meghan March usually brings.

  • •There seemed to be a little more filler that sometimes felt a little bit repetitive.

The Narration:

Erin Mallon and Joe Arden are GOLD together. There couldn’t be a more perfect duo for this series.

The Down & Dirty:

As Gabriel fights for everything: His club, Scarlett, his friends and his very life, we are ringside to their fight for forever. As soon as I thought I had everything figured out, Meghan threw a curve ball; The Legend Trilogy had me guessing till the very end. Though I really really enjoyed this trilogy, it isn’t my favorite of Meghan’s—there seemed to be a little more filler and a little less sexy times than I am used to with her books, but that didn’t stop me from sitting in my car in parking lots and listening because I couldn’t stop to get out. There were a few characters introduced in this series that I hope to read about in the future—because The Legend Trilogy is another series that keeps Meghan March on my auto-read list.

Rating: 4 Stars, 4 Heat, 5 Narration
