Excellent graphic novel. Perfect for starting at a new school or being in the lowest grade on campus. For all of us when we don’t feel like we fit in. I loved this book and I think all ages can relate.

This was a great read! It covered so many topics seamlessly, from microaggressions to colorism to classism, and all in a way that would connect with younger readers. The art style is more comic-like than illustration-like, which isn’t my preference but I do think Craft used the artwork to help tell the story well.
Moderate: Bullying, Racism, Classism, and Cultural appropriation
