hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh good book
apologies this review is gonna be quite the mess since i've just finished the book and i read it in two days and it's pretty late and ive never been coherent a day of my life!
the plotting and pacing was a little weird, not gonna lie, but if i remember this is the first book of a series and thus kinda an introduction? im okay with it
reading this gave me lots of nostalgic feels from reading the summer king chronicles, and it was so, so fun and good returning to this world. i got very excited whenever the older characters had scenes/dialogue, and i still wanna cry whenever einarr is mentioned!! im also very
