Not a fan of how "quirky" the Doctor was written here.
The writing was kinda cringe, and the stories themselves weren't terribly interesting.

An underwater threat giving everyone creepy black and white dreams. 12 playing guitar with his punk companion. Dad jokes aplenty. What's not to like? This story is about finding and using your voice when you feel powerless, and I really enjoyed it. The seaweed golems are pretty adorable too.
