I love financial crime non-fiction, and this one is like, a barely veiled fiction. This was so depressing to read and

the ending is a complete bummer, which isn't exactly stated outright, but if you read a tiny bit between the lines, it's clearly awful and injust.

I hate so much of what happens in the book, but the book itself is gripping and interesting.

A brilliant read with great insights into the shenanigans that have and continue to be perpetrated by grifters bent on playing a game that mostly ruins the lives of others. A great second entry in this series.
