WHAT THE FUCK DID I JUST READ!?

I loved this I’m only dropping the rating because there were some grammatical errors that annoyed me and other small factors.

Tinksley Bell what a poor little soul, she’s so desperate to be loved and she does get fucked over on so many turns so seeing her come into her own with Hook *chefs kiss*

NOW.. Captain Callan Hook… YES PLEASE! He’s obsessed with Tinks from the get go, he watches her and Peter Pan from afar and over time becomes more and more infatuated, now don’t get me wrong dude fucked up with what he does but god he’s just

Wow what a amazing dark fairytale story about Hook. And wow i have no words for this story then it was amazing read that is full of angsty addicted that will have you needing more of this story. This is a book that Dee has out done herself on this read. Ive read most of Dees book and I’m loving this the most so far. If you need a fairytale that is dark and steamy.

This is a twisty, full of mystery, intrigue and lust retelling of Peter Pan. The good guys are no longer good whilst the bad guys are definitely dangerous.

I loved this tale of Tinksley and Callan/Hook, which is surprisingly slow burn but still manages to feel very hot and steamy too. There are some dark elements and some moments of deep despair and bitter betrayal. By getting both Hook and Tinksley's first person point of view, I found it easy to understand and forgive - particularly Hook with his ulterior motives wrapped around genuine deep feelings for Tink.

Normally I'm not a fan of a book that hinges on a 'big secret' that isn't revealed until near the end of the book. However Dee Garcia executed this one perfectly by giving us plenty of other action, intrigue and romance throughout the story. The plot and pace easily, totally and utterly, held my attention. I couldn't read it quickly enough, yet wanted to savour every single moment of the story too.

Highly recommend this book and am hoping the rest of the series lives up to this fantastic start.

Absolutely a brilliant story of Neverland Tinkerbell, Pan and even good old Captain Hook with a evil adult spin on it. I couldn't ask for more this story was sooo good. No spoilers here but this spin on Peter Pan I don't think it could've been done any better. This has always been my favorite fairytale on acct I've loved Tinkerbell ever since I was a little girl and the way Dee wrote these characters I could see them being like this. This is one book you need to one click and be taken back to Neverland.

I can honestly say never before in my life had I entertained the thought that Peter Pan wasn't perfect. I'm not sure I can go back to the image of a mischievous, yet innocent troublemaker. Dee Garcia is going to take you on a trip to Rosewood and then a little beyond. It's a voyage you will anticipate, revel in, and delight in the outcome but getting there is quite the journey.

Tinksley and Hook are quite the pair. I'm not sure I can undo/unpaired them in my mind now. This Sinister Fairy Tale is more than I expected and everything I hoped for. Clearly, the wicked in me really likes being unleashed. I think yours will too!

Venom is an unusual twist of the tale we all know. Whether you think of the novel, the animated movie, or even the live action ones, Peter Pan will never be the same. I had never before had the hots for Captain Hook and not I'm not sure I can stop! Beware reader...Rosewood isn't for the faint of heart. It's Captain is more than you bargained for and your eager human heart may be in danger of being a puppet to his ways.

I didn't feel this was very well developed. It left lots to be desired in the way of the over all plot. I did enjoy the twist of vampires, Faes, fairies and such though.

Oh Captain My Captain! I loved this story tale retelling! It’s was deliciously dark and twisted! Venom is part of The Sinister Fairytales Collection. You will be begging to enter into Rosewood with these dark and enchanting characters!...and so some of that Venom (cough cough).. I really don’t want to give anything away! This retelling is the best I have read! Garcia has created something so alluring you will be dying for more! I know I am! I wasn’t prepared for the twists and turns this book took or the level of “Dark”!Whew! I was intrigued, and seduced, and then I was heartbroken and shattered, then I was full of malice and fiendish! Tink, Hook, and Pan will never be the same for me! These characters were phenomenal and I just know nothing will compare now! I have always loved this fairytale and I wanted to be Wendy and be with pan so I wouldn’t have to grow up! Well, all I can now say is, pan is definitely for the birds! Give Me Hook! He was such a complex character. Definitely blows my mind how much he appeals to me. I didn’t expect to love this book so hard! Tinksley was a chess piece, my heart and mind felt so many things for her! The betrayal and secrets are unimaginable, they most definitely knocked me on my ***. I’m very excited that this will be a part of a interconnecting stand-alone series! Seriously the best new ever because I want more this Realm! Don’t pass up this fairytale retelling! It’s the absolute BEST! I know I will be day dreaming of these characters for days to come! I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review.
