Kind of a mixed bag, like a lot of modern poetry books. There are poems that I think I will want to go back to again and again and others that have that "Pinterest quote" quality. The first couple of poems are very sexually charged, so if you don't want to read that, here's your warning. If you like reading about feminine grief and rage from an unsure adult perspective that seemingly has not "come of age" yet, you'll enjoy this.
"The Girls" was probably my favorite poem of this collection.

Oh my heart. This little tome is filled with so much emotion, pain, longing, and strength. It’s one of the best poetry collections I’ve ever read.
