This is a great book for young readers because of the repeated/predictable text, which can act as a support for readers that struggle. It also has problem-solving techniques and I loved that it teaches the idea of things aren't always as scary as we think they are. Full of imagination

Especially good read for bedtime, this is a fun story about a boy who confronts his fears and realizes he has nothing to be afraid of when it comes to the dark.

A fun new cumulative tale. The repeated/predictable text will be a great support for new readers.

Good message about not judging, and some great uses for anticipation exercises in the classroom.

Everytime I read this aloud, kids are riveted.

The Woods was a really cute book, about a boy making a journey to recover his stuffed animal. But what will he encounter on the way? Very cute, loved reading this with my niece.

A young boy learns that sometimes what is out in the woods may also have their own fears.
