I have not had a chance to bake anything from the book yet, but have definitely marked a few that I plan to bake soon. I love that there’s no fancy equipment required, straight-forward ingredients, and that the recipes and glazes/frostings can easily be switched around to whatever appeals to your taste.

My new go-to cake baking book - the recipes are really easy and nice for when you want to bake something uncomplicated but delish! Also great if you are going to dinner at someone’s and want to bring something unfussy but lovely that everyone will enjoy.

this is a great book - very accessible baking. Made the blackberry blueberry ricotta cake and it was delicious, many others got earmarked to try in the future!
