Great fourth book in the series. Effrajim the demon is still the standout side-kick character and the hijinks that Aisling gets into as well as the romance are top notch in this book.

I am kind of sad that this is the last one! I would of liked to know more about the baby, and the future of the septs, but it ended well. Aisling and Drake try to have their wedding several times only something always gets in the way, and Aisling's stepmom is not happy. Aisling deals with being the mate to Fiat (slimebag) and the prince(ess) of Abbadon, and Bael the devil himself. This series was quick, light and fun. I laughed constantly at Jim, he is hilarious. One surprising character was Aisling's uncle, he always had her back, and was an asset to their team. Of course they kicked but again!

This series is wonderful, and I'm glad Aisling and Drake finally were married, also was very glad many loose ends were tied up.

The one fault I had with this book, was, it seemed to move so slowly, it wasn't as fast paced as the others in this series.

This wasn't one of my favorite series to begin with, and it's not really my favorite genre. I can stand some supernatural stuff, but only to an extent. This series just spun out of control with its supernatural items. Wards, guardians, portals, dragons, ghosts, demons, demon lords, dark magic, imps, talking dogs.. etc etc. So strange. Lots of sex and calamity.

Once again Katie MacAlister has made a HUGE HIT! Talk about absolutely the most fun series to read! In this one we have Aisling and Drake "trying" to get married. Yet every time they try something seems to crop up.

From the Summary "Most brides just have in-laws to worry about. Me? I have warring dragons, ticked-off demon lords, eternal damnation, and a mage who wants to challenge me for an otherworldly position I don’t even want. At least Jim, my doggie-demon, is always at my side. He’s never let me down—yet…" And this isn't even half of the excitement you will find between the pages of this book!

I love how Aisling grows in this series. From the totally incompetent, always getting herself into trouble, into a semi-competent and getting OUT of trouble woman. I adore Drake and the dragons as a whole.

I have to say I still adore Jim. And he still cracks me up to the point of tears.

If you want a fabulous series to read this is the one to read! You will laugh until your sides hurt! I highly recommend this series to anyone wanting a good laugh and who loves paranormal books!

To make it easy for you to find them all I have listed all the books in order! ENJOY!!!
Aisling Grey books in order
1. Playing With Fire

I can't help it. I love Aisling and all the trouble she manages to get herself into.

Any author who can make me not only smile, but laugh out loud when I am in a complete funk is tops in my book. Katie MacAlister is one of those authors. She needs to write faster.

A brilliant end to this part of the dragon series. This was another great book that had me completely hooked and laughing out loud.

In this book Aisling is trying to get married but things seem to keep getting in the way. She is trying to get out of being a Prince of Abandon while being asked to give sacrifices, deal with being proscribed and then Drake goes missing. Not to mention that the red dragons are still trying to start a war and Aisling is still the mate of Fiat the blue dragon.

With the help of her Uncle Damien, Jim and Rene she finds herself running round trying to sort it all out with some hillarious results. Personally I found the chicken sacrifices the funniest part.

There is still some parts to the storyline that are left unfinished which I think makes you want to continue onto the next book. Like Drake's brother and the blue dragons which makes you feel that there should really be a fifth book In this part of the series. However it is still a good series that I would recommend. Look forward to continuing in the series. Xx
