Gorgeous art. The story had so much promise, but most of it fell a little flat. I think it would have benefited a little more depth or details on some events. Maybe that's just me.

A nice queer graphic novel about romance, friendship, and self love. Very sweet and the artwork was beautiful. Some things felt rushed/unfinished, but overall, a great story with great art!

The illustrations in this were really good!! It did a great job of showing the cycle of toxic relationships and the toll it can take on someone’s life. lots of diversity too!!

Hmm, I gotta say, I'm a little disappointed. I had pretty high expectations for this book because I've heard great things about it. I've owned this book for a few years and decided to finally read this today.

And, look, the art is gorgeous. The artist is INCREDIBLY talented, which is why I'm giving 3 stars instead of lower.

But the story... it just felt really meh. It wasn't very interesting. It was somehow all over the place and nothing happening at the same time. There were details about other characters that were never mentioned again. And it felt a bit repetitive. I can't say I enjoyed it or the characters.

Love the art details and the issue the author brought. However, the storyline is messy and the characters are just so distant I can't even get connected to them--I barely remember their names!

Still, it was a quite nice read.

V Pretty W A Confusing End

The artwork and writing style was very pretty. I liked that Freddie talks to her dolls! The ending was a little confusing.
