Very sweet compilation of short stories. Some I loved more than others, and "a tear or two" my ass. She had me sobbing! lol Overall a great collection.

Happy Anniversary, Jasper
Nathan was reminiscing about his past with Jasper as he prepares to celebrate their 10th anniversary. I both loved and hated the story. It was beautiful.
but it was heartbreaking. Poor Nathan. I totally cried for him.

Over the Rainbow
Dorian is a new teacher, and he has a total crush on his mentor and fellow teacher Mark. When the faculty were performing in a play with the students (and the logistics of it all I couldn't quite get--why would the staff have the lead and not the students? or were they performing alongside each other? no clue), Dorian got cast as Dorothy. Mark offered to help Dorian with lines, and their attraction gets noticed by the other. Mark is in the closet and gets scared off, but time helps work things out. I liked Tim and Brian (a secondary couple) a lot. I'd love to see more of them in the future.

Opposites Attract
Chris and Andreas have been a couple for a few years. They are total opposites-Chris is an outdoorsman, andreas is a book worm. They enjoy time together, but spend a lot of time separate. While on vacation, they both realize that they might not be giving their partner what they need, and try to come up with a way to make sure the other knows they are loved. After (a somewhat crazy, unrealistic) stranding, they remind each other how much they love them.

Service with a Smile
Cute role play. Not much depth, but adorable none the less.

You Can’t Stop Loving Someone Just Like That
This was my least favorite of the bunch. It was YA, so factor in the teenage angst/stupid decisions, but I didn't love where this story went. I couldn't get a real grasp on the depth of feelings between Pierre and Corey. After pining over Jack for years, Pierre comes into the picture, but Corey still isn't sure. He waffles too much, and I was not a fan of the overall ending. I didn't find it fit with my understanding of the characters.

Without You
Again, just rip my heart out, why don't you! Poor Jasper and Nathan. I loved getting to see them together and hopefully find a little closure. It gave me hope that Nathan can finally get to a place to move on, but it was heartbreaking to see. If you are reading this Lily G. Blunt, PLEASE write a happy ending story for Nathan. He needs to get a second chance at love. My heart is still breaking for him.

I am voluntarily reviewing an ARC of the book received by the author

This is lovely collection of short stories. All have a different style and feel. From the the bittersweet, tear-inducing Happy Anniversary, Jasper to the amusing tale of a school play in Over the Rainbow, there is something for everyone, whether you want new love or established couples, sweet or sexy. The final tale, Without You, ties the collection together perfectly, but have tissues at the ready.

Lily G. Blunt packs a little bit of every emotion there is in You’re My Everything (2018). Let me warn you that the title is a tease. It sounds like an anthology of love stories and it is, but do not be looking for an automatic happily-ever-after.

Blunt brings forth true love, first lust, first love, and lost love. Blunt even throws in some paranormal aspects. Thankfully there is also some really good sex (laugh). Y’all know me I love me some sex with my tears (though I prefer not to cry when I read). Blunt pulls on every emotion that you have regarding love.

I received an ARC of this book and I am writing a review without prejudice and voluntarily.
