I liked the book and it was very well written.  But the story unfolded incredibly slowly, and the problem was also in the style in which it was created.  The very slow development of the story made it very hard to focus on it at times.  And that made the story very boring at times.  It's a shame because it buried a good story.

Silly old Golden Age mystery. Favorite part: Scotland Yard gets to randomly break into and search anywhere they want to.
