I liked the first 3 books more. The conflict that was coming near the end, you can smell it within the first 30 pages, so the ending was very predictable…

I devoured this book, I couldn’t stop reading it. It’s well written, the love and hate relationship was well executed in this book. I felt the frustration of Hannah when Declan was being such an ass. I felt Declan frustration when he couldn’t do what he wants to do to Hannah. Got frustrated to Declan as well at times when he says all the mean thing to Hannah. But nonetheless I like Declan and Hannah they are meant to be together, they complement each other so well. Such a strong willed personalities, like lawyer vibes which what they are. Fierce and bold. This is obviously another hot hot burning fire book by marni Mann, you get all the smut scenes you can think of in this book, I rate the spice 5/5❤️‍

I saw so many videos on booktok I stopped reading another book just to read this one. As a prelaw student all I have to say is Wow why didn't a famous lawyer fell in love with me what a shame. This was an appassionate book from page one till the end it was one of the best rollercoaster I have ridden on. Marni Mann delivered one of the best book I have read. Declan Shaw a hot lawyer (my book husband) denied himself of love until he met the fantastic hannah who stole his breath away in a mock trial. She was everything he dreamed of without knowing it.
