Just featuring a character played by Christopher Lee immediately lends gravitas even to a comic book. How is that even possible?!

Dooku is a difficult character to pin down, and that's what makes him so fun. We don't see a lot of what happened for him to not only leave the order, but turn to the dark side and join Palpatine. Here we see him already serving Palpatine, and just on another power grab mission for Palpatine. Not a spectacular story, I would like to have seen him earlier in this transition. But perhaps another time. He kind of blames Obi-Wan for Qui-Gon's death, which was unexpected. Interesting read.

Pretty much totally disposable. One of the weaker Age of Republic comics and about one of the coolest characters. Would recommend the audio drama, Dooku: Jedi Lost, if you want some Dooku backstory.
