When I started reading I didn't really grasp the story but I persevered and ta da I'm so glad I did!! This prequel was tragic, heartfelt, inviting, dark... And once I got into it I was gutted I'd finished!! I hate to use spoilers in a review as it gives too much away.. But the love triangle was fascinating! I loved the way Kulig described the lake and the characters... So intense!!
Fab read.. Now onto Skeleton Lake!!

I got his book from the author, free of cost, in exchange of an honest review from my side.

Firstly I would like to thank Angela Kulig, author of The Skeleton Song, for giving me this opportunity of reading and reviewing this fabulous book.

This book really surprised me and I loved exploring the author created world through the eyes of Cassie, yes in this prequel we get Cassie’s POV, isn't that great? The romance touched my heart and made me swoon as well. The scary scenes gave me Goosebumps but I enjoyed this novella very much. We get the detailed background about Conrad and Raiden and we get to taste the awesome love triangle. The suspense of the story kept me hooked to it and the fast-paced dialogues made the read interesting as well. The unexpected twists and turns shocked me and the development of the characters throughout the story made me want more of them. Overall a great read and I truly enjoyed it a lot.
