Excellent book for when you need a smaller adventure to toss at your players. Can work as one-shots, starting adventures to further campaigns or just for fun. Very inclusive too, always a plus.

This is an interesting collection of scenarios all with connections to the famed Candlekeep library and to books in general. It seems like a good way to help run an open D&D table where people with busy schedules can step in and out of a campaign. This is the first D&D module book I've read, and I plan to read more so I'll have better comparisons down the road.

A lot of fun adventures, with unique ideas that can be transposed into any game.

Been running this campaign for just about a year now, and my (all Kobold) party is loving it. Had tons of fun modifying each chapter a bit so they almost blend together-- though some chapters are significantly better than others. I guess that's what makes its a one shot...

Some super cool adventures, some seem tough to run. Really like these

Candlekeep Mysteries by Graeme Barber is a wonderful supplement for dungeons and dragons that gives DMs tons of new stat blocks, magical items, and lore through a collection of one-shot narratives that could easily be the premise for a larger overarching story or singular adventures. It leaves a lot of blanks for the DM to fill in, allowing for some creative leeway and morphing the specific adventures to fit within a premade, homebrew world.
TL;DR: A great collection of quests that are easily adaptable to individual stories or a larger homebrew world for those DMs feeling a bit of writer's block.

This is a nice adventure anthology for D&D. Each adventure has a scholarly bent.
