A short story, which made more sense because I read the first short one (which did a more thorough job of setting up the world. There was deep meaning here, but also some interesting fantasy elements. Worth continuing with the world.

Another short story in the Dead Djinn series, this one follows a young girl as she seeks the mysterious angel of Khan el-Khalili.

A short story of a girl who goes to one of the so-called "angels" to ask for a miracle for her sister. The cost of the miracle is three confessions, weighty enough to pay for the cost of the cure.
