The 7 Secrets of Happiness: How to Bring Joy Into Your Everyday Life by Linda Johnson, Kat McDivitt

I received a free copy of this in exchange for an honest review.
I'm not a big fan of self-help books, but I did enjoy this. It was laid out simply (although there were some formatting errors), with easy to understand language. A good mixture of paragraphs, bullet points and use of italics.
There were some clickable links to other works by the author, which I felt was a unneeded plug.
Interesting mix of philosophy, some religious anecdotes and what seemed to be to me some CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy).
A relatively short read, but with some insightful and helpful quotes.
