Simone Kehan is infatuated with Elliot, a man she's been watching from her window for months. Convinced that she's not is type, she continues to quietly watch him until one fateful day in the elevator...
This was an ok read;strange premise but, opposites attract after all.

SERIES REVIEW

EVERY PART OF YOU is a serial novel made up of five books. It’s a dark, erotic, well written story about Elliot Anderson, a partner in a law firm and Simone Kahan, who works in the same building as Elliot. While Simone is working late one night, she looks out her window and notices Elliot’s activities in his office after hours. After that, whenever Simone works late, she watches Elliot hook up with different women in his office late at night. One night when Elliot and Simone are both working late, they accidentally meet in the elevator. Elliot he is arrogant, selfish and terse, but Simone can’t help being attracted to him. Simone is confident in who and what she is. She isn’t intimidated by other people, knows what she wants and always speaks her mind. Simone knows she is flawed, but is able to accept herself for who she is. Elliot is also flawed, but has a hard time acknowledging who he is. At forty two Elliot is inhibited, introverted and not honest with himself or other people. Elliot and Simone are two lost souls who are drawn to each other.

This is a well crafted story with great character development. As the story unfolds we understand Elliot and the circumstances that made him the man he is today. Although, there isn’t much information about Simone’s past. Each book is about sixty pages and continues where the last book left off. I don’t understand why Megan Hart wrote this as serial and I have to admit, it spoiled the story for me. For that reason, I gave the book a lower rating. That being said, I think Megan Hart writes an intense, edgy, sexy read. There is some BDSM in the story.

Love this genre, fecking hot erotica. Yum. This storyline is along the lines of books I love to read, and the author doesn't disappoint. First part was written so well I definitely want the second. Simone's a peeping tom, she watches Elliot Anderson screw all sorts of women against his office desk. She watches him knowing something in him that I'm not sure he wants to admit to himself. He likes to dominate and give pleasure/ pain to women. It seems like he's stuck in a rift because he is completely unsatisfied. I believe Simone wants to give him that. I eagerly await part two. Cover is freaking HOT! Character development is off the charts, I already love the characters. World building is good, I'm already submerged. Thanks netgalley for part one, I received a free copy in exchange for my opinion.

I usually really dislike erotica in the eserial format - it's hard to entice the reader to come back for the next part, I think, in this genre.
Every Part of You: Tempts Me manages to be both satisfying and to offer enough promise of what's to come to get me on board.

Simone's a confident, charismatic woman who drew me in. I liked that she knows what she likes and she makes no apology for it. It was a refreshing change from the string of 'young innocents' only just discovering the realm of possibility.

Elliott was also a welcome change - he's put off by his own turn-ons and hasn't found a partner willing to engage in them until Simone - and he's not so sure that's a good thing. I like that Simone sets him on edge - she's not his usual type, she's willing to go where he wants to lead sexually, and he really doesn't know how to handle that.

It's fun to read about the man being thrown so off balance for once!

Definite recommend if you can get over the eserial format - at least the entire story will be available soon!

3.5 sexy stars

Everybody is a bit a voyeur - admit it, it's true!

Tempts me is the first part of a serialised book, with a new part released every couple of week. Take this as a tasty morsel of what it to come.

Simone and Elliott are sexy as. After watching his sexual escapades for months, the has her chance to meet him and takes the bull by the horns.

Elliott doesn't do relationships, knows she is all wrong for him, but can't stop thinking about her.

This is s quick, sexy read, that although not much has happened so far, has me interested and now I need to wait for the rest of the series.

Bring me more!!!

A quick review for a quick read. I'm not normally into serial novel formats, but for this first serial novel I've read from Megan Hart, I liked it. I didn't expect to considering this is a bit on the rougher (and a bit risque in other considerations) side of the erotic equation, but this was a good introduction to both Elliot and Simone.

Elliot and Simone meet one evening on the elevator. Elliot just got burned by his potential date, while Simone's been intrigued by him for some time (considering she's seen his rendezvous with various women from her office window - which is a bit creepy in itself). In any case, Elliot's kind of a jerk because he speaks blunt before he thinks. Simone is fiesty, savvy, and sassy - which I can honestly say I like her projected personality here (even if I'm at odd with what she does in the work thus far.)

Elliot invites Simone to a party that's hosted by Elliot's friend. Eventually, the two end up getting closer, even through a series of steamy interludes and awkward moments. The ending point of this novella makes the promise that the two of them are going further with getting to know each other, and I'll admit that for the establisment, I'm willing to see how they work out. As per usual, Hart's writing intrigues me, though I'll admit the serial novel format makes it a little more difficult to connect with the characters for more background. Still, I thought it was fine for a quick read in the genre. Looking forward to reading the next very soon.

Overall score: 3.5/5 stars

Note: I recieved this as an ARC from NetGalley, from the publisher St. Martin's Press.

Im really starting to hate this serial trend. Waiting for comic books is bad enough but now my erotic novels too? Anyway...I gave this one a try because Megan Hart has long been one of my favorite authors. She's on auto-buy and once I began this serial I couldn't stop.

This story has the usual angst of of a dom/sub vibe relationship. What it didn't have was the usual Megan Hart ending. I've begun to count on that twist ending that sets things up but it's never quite what you expect. I expected the ending in this. It wasn't bad by any means but it just wasn't her usual flavor.

Good serial, good books, HOT sensual scenes and I enjoyed the characters. Great read.

Simone Kahan and Elliott Anderson share an office building. Simone can see into Elliott’s office and she’s been watching him when he works and when he plays. He has no idea he has a naughty voyeur. In fact, they’ve never even met. Until one night they bump into each other in the elevator and, with a dare from her, he takes her to a party. Let the games begin.

Oooooh...this is a cheeky bit of tastiness with plenty of steaminess and humor to satisfy. Simone is sassy, smart, quick-witted and sexy. Elliott is sexy, but he seems very repressed. Simone is just what he needs, but he’s resisting for some reason. He apparently has issues but their exact nature aren’t revealed in the shortness of this story. From what I’ve gathered he likes sex rough but has been burned too many times in the past. He’s having a hard time believing Simone likes it rough. I think there may be more to it, but that’s the gist of what I’m picking up. I seriously need to continue with this story which looks to be more like a serial. There isn’t really a cliffhanger, per se, in this, but it does leave the door wide open for the next installment.

I quite liked this one. Simone is crazy fun and she knows what she wants and goes after it. She wants Elliot except that he doesn't like to be caught just yet, especially by Simone. She confuses him a little bit, plus she's not his type, or is she?

Really enjoyable. I liked the banter between the two characters. This is a first part of a serial though, so we might have to wait a little bit more to get an HEA. :)
