I want to hate this series so much but I am completely obsessed. The writing is horrible and the storyline is so repetitive but MAN I LOVE IT.

Tessa is yet again letting Hardin get away with everything he does wrong to her. But in this book she is attempting to be more independent. Got a job and her own car. It was working its way up and I enjoyed this book better than the first.

Nah I'm good DNF

This book was heart wrenching. It’s hard to see characters dance in circles and never move forward. This second book definitely shows that both, Tess and Hardin, need some growing up to do.

I really liked the first book, and the ending was AMAZING and then Anna Todd gives me this...

What is this?! A 600-page book with the same story, just without all that "nice to meet you I'm..." that always appears in the first book of a new series. I like Tessa, she's a nice character, but in this book she's so weak. She just gives up, because she's tired of fighting and then she forgives Hardin within like a week! WTF?! He took her v-card because of a game for Christ sake! How can you ever forgive that?

And then there's Zed - why all of this "I don't know who to choose?"-crap? Tessa proofs over and over again that she always (no matter what) goes back to Hardin!

And all of the arguments, that sometimes make no sense, just doesn't help this book. Hardin gets mad, because Tessa mumbles "Zed" in a dream. IN A DREAM! Like why does that need to be a thing?

This book could have been cut down with on 150 pages if they didn't have to argue all the time.

*sorry if I hurt your feelings - I just really needed to get this out of my system :) *

I don't typically write reviews but I think this might be the worst book I've ever read. Definitely not going to finish the series. (Sorry Jess, can't do it).

!REREAD REVIEW!

I thoroughly enjoy reading about Tessa and Hardin's story, but this book is far more of a rollercoaster than I remember it being. I actually found myself rolling my eyes sooo many times at the miscommunications and lack of explanations between them. It seems like every other chapter they are completely done with each other then they come running back soon after. It starts feeling unrealistic at times. Especially once Hardin is arrested in the end and then the next chapter he is getting a tattoo dedicating it to his commitment with Tessa. It is sort of ridiculous. But overall, I can't help but absolutely eating it all up.

this was just 650 pages of pure trash.

i hate Hate HATE everything, about this.
