I really don't want to love this series so much but this time, book 2 was a hard four stars. Harden is still toxic, Tessa is still a lonely gal with no sense of self. "After We Collided" by Anna Todd was better than book 1 in the fact that we now get Harden's viewpoint. Yet still... I need more... and so far I still need to finish this series. What I do get from this book specifically is that it seems to be pretty repetitive. I mean, Harden is a jerk, Tess does something to hurt Harden back, Harden begs for Tess back, Tess comes back. Hopefully book 3 is better but I will read it none the less and I need it.
DNF 60% I just can’t with this book and the toxic characters masquerading around as sexy fantasy
4.5 stars
This book really does make you feel all of the emotions.

Couldn't put it down. As I am studying for my exams, I just keep looking at the book laying there, in front of me, calling me to re-open it. I try to push the thought away, but i just can't. I keep staring at it until I cuss under my breath "fuck it", leaving my notes and grabbing the book thinking : "Just one more chapter". And what a lie that is.
Currently it's 4.30 AM and i just finished it. I'm trying really hard not to bury myself into the next one. This is pure addiction. And it's been a while since a book has made me feel like this. Like nothing else matters, other than reading the continuation of the story.
Although there's A LOT of drama, and I mean A LOT, the choice of Todd's words is captivating and i find myself not being able to turn the pages fast enough.

Bag two of literary potato chips! Even more toxic than the first book. Someone also said that this is literally the same story as the first book and it kind of is lol. Also like why is Tessa’s greatest dream moving to Seattle lmao? Hardins kind of real for calling her out on that haha.
