This one was BLEH. Both characters are acting dumb and it's cringe worthy. I kept going because my friend told me to, but had I been reading this on my own, I might have stopped. I hate that I'm writing this though because I'm still going to finish the series, in hopes of a redemption.
This one was somehow better and worse than the first one. I can’t really put it into words, but the best description is that it’s a train wreck you just can’t look away from. I don’t want to, but I will be reading the rest of the series just to see how this dumpster fire, train wreck ends.
I'll admit. The first book was a really easy read that basically focused on the two main characters. The character development in After We Collided was amazing. From this book on in the series each character became more and more personable, making you either love or hate them. If you had a hard time with the first book, give this one a chance - you won't be disappointed!
This series is a bit frustrating and I kind of don't get the main character sometimes because she just goes back and do the same mistake over and over again expecting a different result. But there is just something about the series that keep me coming back for more...
This book is one of the thickest in the series, having said that and only finishing the book lastnight after a dragged out read! Im finidng it hard to remember what the actual plot was!! Ive watched the movies and i think they have tanted my views on the book.
Hated it. Prob won’t continue the series. Just a book full of abuse.

Didn’t feel as many emotions as the first book (other than annoyance at the constant leaving of each other) but I still really enjoyed myself so can’t rate it any lower than this! Onto the next one!

i will not lie, i lowkey hated this book... the first one was cheesy and slightly annoying but was still enjoyable but this one made me want to tear my hair out. i almost put it down and never picked it back up several times, but curiosity got the better of me. i honestly will probably not finish this series
Nachdem ich den ersten Teil gelesen hatte, habe ich mich sehr auf diesen Teil gefreut. Nach dem Cliffhanger musste ich einfach wissen wie es weitergeht. Zuerst war ich jedoch verwirrt, denn den Prolog beginnt Hardin und ich ging davon aus, dass dieses Mal aus seiner Sicht erzählt wird. Doch ich war überrascht, dass dieses mal Hardin und Tessa im Wechsel erzählen. Ich fand das richtig gut, denn so erfuhr man mehr über Hardin, seine Gefühle, Ängste und Gedanken. Tessa wurde dadurch nicht so sehr in den Mittelpunkt gerückt auch wenn sich natürlich die Handlung um sie dreht. Aber so kam ich Hardin näher und verstand ihn noch besser. Das ist eine wundervolle Idee von Anna Todd gewesen.
Diesen Teil fand ich genauso spannend, wenn auch ruhiger. Ruhiger fand ich ihn in der Hinsicht, weil es nicht so hektisch zuging wie im ersten Teil. Klar passiert auch wieder einiges und manche Dinge überschlagen sich, wo man sich auch denkt "Soviel kann doch garnicht schiefgehen". Trotzdem war der Spannungsbogen immer oben und ich war komplett wieder gefesselt. An erotischen Szenen mangelte es auch dieses Mal nicht, wobei ich diese aufgrund der wachsenden Erfahrung von Tessa gefühlvoller und realistischer fand.
Einmal angefangen konnte ich mit dem lesen wieder nicht aufhören. Die Charaktere nehmen einen so mit, es ist einfach wundervoll.
Natürlich endet auch dieser Teil mit einem Cliffhanger, aber durchaus mit einen leichteren als bei Teil 1 find ich. Aber trotzdem warte ich gespannt auf die Fortsetzung und vermisse Hardin und Tessa jetzt schon.
