Durante las primeras 100 páginas y pico, me sentía como leyendo Culpa Nuestra de nuevo (no sé qué libro salió antes y me da igual): uno que quiere volver, otro que no perdona, escena fingiendo que siguen juntos para no desilusionar a un 3ero y hasta los capítulos desde la perspectiva de cada uno. Pero Tessa lo perdonó más rápido de lo que pensaba, para mi sorpresa y alivio, porque me iba a dar un ataque de nervios si seguían como nuestros amiguitos Nick y Noah, lo que abrió la trama a nuevas situaciones de conflicto. Aunque me sigue fastidiando que todo el mundo hable, solamente, de lo tóxico que es Hardin y nadie de lo tóxica y cruel que es Tessa, jugando a ser inocente, mientras salta de relación en relación, sin siquiera hacer el duelo por nadie mientras lastima a todos.
Y yo tengo en claro que son 5 libros y que toda la saga, en definitiva, va a ser ellos yendo y volviendo en la relación porque a nadie le interesaría leer sobre una pareja feliz y estable decidiendo qué cenar o cómo se van a dividir las tareas domésticas. Así que está bien que haya conflicto mientras por lo menos aporte algo a la trama y al desarrollo de personajes. Lo cual, sí pasa en esta historia. Sí veo cómo, de a poco, ellos cambian.
El libro es entretenido de leer y sigo sosteniendo que la autora tiene ese toque para hacerte desear más al final de cada capítulo, por lo que le pongo 4 estrellas y a continuar con la saga.

This was much better than the first one. Again was the writing good? No. Was it edited well? No. Was it toxic? Yes, even more so than the first. Is it addictive? Yes, and that’s why I keep reading!
I am such a sucker for dual POV, especially with a morally grey MMC. I will say that this book had me cursing at Tessa and her impulse behaviors. Last book yes, she was a victim most of the time except for her arguing back. This time though? Oh, girl made lots of mistakes that are close to unforgivable. Her stubbornness has grown from “yes put him in him place” to “why are you purposely doing that?!”
I’m going to take a break from the series to feed my romantasy hunger, but I will be back to finish the series.

Hardin really needs to learn to control his anger, Tessa is a fucking idiot and I can't believe this story have more book. What the fucking fuck. All they do is fight, break up, fuck and get back together. Nope. Nope. Nope. So fricking done.
