If you haven’t read this book, well merciful Tehlu you’re missing out. Terribly.

A beautifully written romantic fantasy, with interesting characters and an intriguing world. I particularly enjoyed Kvothe's time as an oprhan, Elodin's ramblings and eccentricities, and demon Devi. A novel take on 'magic' that I've not seen before. A must read for any fantasy fiction fan.

Ken Follett's Kingsbridge series in Fantasy form. A really enjoyable epic adventure. Can't wait to read book 2.

I found the storytelling to be interesting but longwinded. 2.5 stars with very little interest to continue to the next book of the series.
