Typical James Patterson thriller. I sped through listening to this one in a single day but compared to others it wasn't one of my faves.

Meh. Really didn't get along with the writing style. Too little detail, stuttering narrative with no flow and predictable plot. Was expecting more from this 'must read' author

While I did enjoy the story- the cover and title are completely misleading.

I read this book in just over 24 hours and could hardly put it down. I was determined to find out what happened between Tom and Marie, Albert and Hannah, and Billy the Blade. Having separate locations that the story goes between throughout the narrative was amazing because it gave you a real timeline of everything that was actively happening in the story, and reading partially first person and partially third person was not confusing at all.

Based on the Cover (of my copy): I think that the cover of the book is very misleading and confused me the entire book. On the cover "The FBI, DEA, and Miami police are all looking for her" with the missing girl and phone tabs made me think that this story was going to be about a particular girl that was missing in the midst of the all the chaos going on between Miami and Amsterdam, and as I kept reading, I could've chosen three different girls that the cover would've been mentioning.

Favorite Character: Albert - Although Albert is clearly not one of the good guys, I truly admired his dedication to protect his family at all costs. For Albert, his involvement with the Russians and trafficking isn't business, it's keeping his sister and niece safe and doing whatever it takes, taking out whoever it takes to make sure they are protected.

I would highly recommend this book to anybody who enjoys reading crime themes or enjoys an easy to read novel.
