This was a fun, no thinking needed kind of book. I just wish the dialogue was more real…it felt a little lacking.

The story itself I found interesting, especially since the characters were all hiding their true selves, but that also made the characters unbelievable to me. There was one harrowing account of abuse that I wasn't ready for, but that I thought was written well because it got my heart pounding. I do feel like it was a window into domestic violence and different forms of abuse, but everything working out in the end is a little unbelievable for everything that woman endured. It could have gone deeper, IMO.
