I think this was actually an interesting read and a deviation from what I would normally enjoy. It was very very dark though. It was a clever plot which kept me interested, but I’d have a hard time recommending this book to many people given the nature of some of the content.

This was a fast read, filled with the horror of being trapped in a marriage by an abusive husband. There are alot of triggers, so this book is not for every one. Mrs. Constantine did an excellent job with character development and bringing the storyline all together for a great climax! I will be moving forward with reading Book 2.
