Escuché estos relatos como audiolibro y debo admitir que la voz y el tono de señora resentida de la narradora aportó muchísimo a los personajes y a que me sintiera como si me los contara alguien de mi barrio, eso fue un plus inesperado.

Solo no le doy 5 estrellas porque algunos finales son demasiado abiertos incluso para mí, que suelo amar los finales que no cierran

I’ve been loving literary horror and Enriquez has mastered the genre. Each story was compelling and I was enthralled by the gothic and supernatural elements contrasted with the realism of political and social horrors such as violence against women, poverty, police, and surveillance.
