I had heard a lot about this author. She has been recommended to me because I read authors like Ilona Andrews, Patricia Briggs, Jim Butcher and after reading I see why. I was glad I entered the giveaway and won to check this author out.
This is great for a light, fun read. It's a space adventure with some romance mixed in. It is book 1 of a series and it is a great kick off. The characters are great and has the humor mixed in that I love all the mentioned authors for. Wonderful book.

I loved this book! I didn’t think I would as I tainted my first view by looking at other reviews before even picking up the book, but I’m glad I gave it a chance! Of course, with a book that has multiple characters, the character development of EVERYONE falls a bit flat, but I really enjoyed the arc of the two MCs. It was action and heat and just enough anxiety to make me want to read every last page as quickly as I could! I’m also excited that the following books will look at the story arcs of the other characters in their family.
